Fully Insulated and temperature controlled to protect your pet's comfort and safety from outside weather conditions.​
Powered through a commercial-grade battery power station for a quiet, zero-fume environment. House-hold power is used to support the system through an outdoor or garage outlet and includes built-in safety and over-load protection. Extension cord is provided.
All grooms are one-on-one. Your pet is the only animal in the space and stays with the same groomer from start to finish.
The grooming space and equipment are cleaned and sanitized between each appointment, in addition to daily UV sanitizing and regular deep cleaning.
Fresh water and clean towels are provided for every pet.
Designed to be a calm, low-stress environment with no kennel waiting, reduced noise, and a gentle never-rushed grooming experience. Calming scents, window views and soft music help create a mini spa day for your pet.

One-way entry with a pet gate to keep enthusiastic, freshly groomed pets comfortably secure until they head back to you.
Windows are designed to provide natural light and airflow while maintaining a safe, enclosed grooming environment.
Equipped with fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, and pet first aid kit readily available at all times.

An outdoor or garage outlet is required to provide sufficient power for grooming services. (Nail trim–only services are excluded.)
Please ensure a level parking area of approximately two car lengths is available for the grooming trailer.
Allow your pet to relieve themselves prior to the appointment.
Have your pet’s leash or harness ready for the walk from your home to the trailer.
If your pet tends to run or hide (especially cats), please confine them to a room or crate before your groomer arrives.
Please avoid scheduling services such as yard work or construction during your appointment, as loud noises or blocked parking may disrupt the groom.
If you’d like to check in on your pet, please text or call your groomer. Do not knock or create sudden noise without prior notice, as this may startle your pet and pose a safety risk.
Key on File Services​

For key-on-file appointments, please provide a door code (front, back, or garage), a hidden key location, or a lockbox prior to your appointment.
Lainey's Grooming does not keep physical house keys on file. For fingerprint or smart-lock access, please reach out prior to your appointment.
