Key on File Services​

​Simply provide door code(font, back, garage, etc.), hidden key location, lock box, etc. prior to appointment.
Lainey’s Grooming cannot be responsible for holding on to physical keys to your home. Door codes, hidden keys and lock boxes only. For fingerprint key access, please contact prior to appointment.

How to Prepare
​
An outdoor or garage outlet may be needed for sufficient energy to groom your pet. If you have multiple pets, this is a requirement.
A parking area of two car lengths, as well as an area that is level is required for mobile services.
Please let your pet relieve themselves prior to appointment.
Have your pets leash/harness ready for the walk from home to trailer prior to appointment.
If your pet has a tendency to run and hide, (especially cats) please confine them to a room or crate them before your groomer arrives.
Please do not schedule services such as cleaning or construction work during your appointment. Services that result in loud distracting noises and block parking.
If you'd like to check in on your pet, please text or call your groomer. Do not knock or make noise without prior notice. This may startle and cause injury to your pet or groomer.

Safety Features​
One way entry. Door has double key lock entry.
Windows are secured with full metal covering with exterior lock. Windows are raised higher off the ground and/or have locking window screens for preventing accidental escape. Pet gate at door for extra precaution.
Fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detector, and pet first aid kit readily available.
